My Daughter has participated in Autumn's off-ice training program for the past 3 years. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time with Autumn and has seen great success in her progress and ability to meet her goals. Autumn creates a very welcoming environment that seeks to bring girls out of their comfort zone and push them to be the athletes they can be. She takes the time to really get to know each individual player and has the ability to connect with them in order to find out what motivates their game. She assists with both mental and physical aspects of playing at high levels. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!! Thanks Autumn for all that you do for females in sport!
