We offer summer hockey camps for females aged U9-U15 to improve on and off the ice.
My daughter really loved your camp. We both felt it was the best hockey development program she'd ever been a part of. She learned so much, gained confidence, made friends, and is more motivated. She will definitely be coming back. On another note, you were all so organized! Thank you so much for creating such a great program.

The 2026 Peak Performance Female Hockey Camp will be accepting 30 skaters and 4 goalies in each of the 2 divisions (U9/U11 and U13/U15). Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, any additional players will be put on a waitlist and contacted if a spot becomes available.
The camp will be run by an all female staff featuring a few special guests throughout the week, from Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day.

To start the day, you will play ice breaker games to get to know the other campers.
Snack time while getting gear on to get ready for our first on-ice session.
We focus primarily on skills in the first ice session of the day.
Bring your own lunch and snacks for the day!
We have a trainer come in to run an off-ice session, which could include agility, conditioning and circuit training.
Our second ice session includes some skills, but primarily focuses on small area games and scrimmages.
This session can include mentoring, goal setting, nutrition, confidence building, etc.
