Launched in 2022, Peak Performance is dedicated to providing quality training, guidance and mentorship to youth female hockey players.

Autumn MacDougall grew up in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, where she developed a passion for hockey at a young age. After attending the Canadian International Hockey Academy, she went on to play five seasons with the University of Alberta Pandas, helping the program capture a U SPORTS National Championship and two Canada West Championships. During her university career, she was named a U SPORTS First Team All-Canadian 3 years in a row.
Following her university career, Autumn continued her playing career professionally with the Buffalo Beauts, Montreal Force, and Leksands IF in Sweden's SDHL. Competing alongside and against some of the best players in the world provided her with invaluable experiences that continue to shape her coaching philosophy and player development approach today.
In 2022, Autumn founded Peak Performance Female Hockey with the vision of creating a positive, high-performance environment where young female athletes could develop their skills, build confidence, and learn from experienced female coaches and role models. Since then, Peak Performance has helped hundreds of athletes grow both on and off the ice through camps, clinics, mentorship, and elite player development.
Today, Autumn serves as the Associate Coach of the University of Waterloo Women's Hockey Team while continuing to lead Peak Performance Female Hockey. She is passionate about helping female athletes reach their full potential by creating an environment that challenges, supports, and inspires every player who steps on the ice.
